Happy Birthday, Lego!

Lego turns 50 today! That’s almost as old as my dad. Well, not really. Dad’s 65, so he’s got a good 15 years on Legos. But then again, I still play with Legos all the time. Dad, I try to avoid as much as I can before he starts going on one of his repetitive rants where he knows everything and then has to tell the same joke he’s been telling for the past 38 years…

Anyways, in honor of Lego’s big day, here’s some awesome photos of sets you all can buy for me ’cause they’re too damn cool (and too damn expensive):

Motorized Walking AT-AT

Ultimate Collector’s Millennium Falcon

Indiana Jones and the Lost Tomb

The Batcave: The Penguin and Mr. Freeze’s Invasion

Oh man, those first and second legos pictures remind me of my brother when we were kids. Mostly of him yelling “don’t touch my stuff.” (He was five years older than me).

I nominated you for Best Humor Blog, it hasn’t gone through the system yet but when it does I’ll give you the URL to the badge. I think that your new site is really really good Andrew…and of course you’re hilarious!

Have a great day:)

Hah. Your brother sounds a lot like me when I was a kid, Christy. My older sister was always touching my stuff!

Aw, thanks so much for the nomination! I am honored just be nominated. And I mean that, because I have a chance in hell of winning, so I should be honored about something, right?
